The cable terminal are suitable for the connection of copper conductors in power cable with unique electronic equipment which are made with higher 99.9 percent pure copper tube T2 and coated with tin. The cable terminal is various and is able to be produced according to customer’s request in a certain amount of large volume, including special wiring duct sizes and configurations. To make short of it, all the cable terminal ca be manufactured according to customer’s drawing or samples.
The vibration resistant of the cable terminal has an additional copper sleeve fitted over the conductor barrel, Meanwhile the cable terminal provides a strong and powerful mechanical grip on the cable insulation and protects the electrical connection from vibration and mechanical stresses. Moreover the technology of friction welding on the cable terminal is wonderfully adopted. Therefore they have distinguishing features of strong weld intensity, good nature in electrification, resistant galvanic corrosion and long service life. The insulating material is usually Nylon .The range of working temperature is various and the cable duct maximum working temperature is around 105ºC
